Oil application
Oiling is an important step within a production process, and is performed in an extremely wide range of different areas, such as the production of PCBs, moulded parts and belts, for example, or in the automotive industry. In this industry, seat rails, roof and window frames, metal brake lines, body parts and more all need to be oiled. Oil also needs to be applied to individual components for heating systems. The oil application system should ideally be contactless and allow for precise dosing. The option to apply the oil either partially or over the entire area also guarantees the levels of flexibility that are required in order to ensure economical production. The specially developed solutions by SCHÜTZE meet all of these requirements while also offering numerous additional functions that make the related processes even more effective.
Paste application
Pastes are used in an extremely wide range of assembly processes, but manual application can be very time-consuming. In order to make the work processes more economical, it is therefore a good idea to use dosing systems rather than a brush and a tube. Among the available options are dosing valves with a handle or lubrication stations that apply optimal doses of the paste using integrated applicators. SCHÜTZE has developed solutions for this and more complex purposes that make the application of pastes a quick and precise process.
