When spraying material continuously in considerable volume, the age of a material pressure tank pays off within a short period of time. The material pressure tanks of series Vol./ are made from aluminium. Tanks 20 and 40 ltr. are made from stainless steel. All necessary fittings, as two pressure reducers, safety valve 2,5 bar (type approved) and connections are installed on the lid.

Advantages compared with spraying by cup guns:

• less interruptions for refilling flow cups
• clean working area
• better handling of spraygun
• pressure feed results in more fluid output per unit of time
• constant flow of fluid improves quality of lay on
• reduced fluid mist by less air friction with fluid particles
• internal mix nozzles in sprayguns for special effect paints also for reduced mist effects
• several sprayguns can be fed simultaneously (option)

Available dimensions:
1. ltr., 2 ltr., 4 ltr., 6 ltr., 10 ltr., 20 ltr. and 40 ltr., other dimensions on request.

The modular construction of the series Vol./ makes it possible to convert each dimension into another dimension. Only the standpipes have to be changed when converting into another dimension.
