A pneumatic time switch is suitable for operation with SCHÜTZE automatic spray valves. On the input side, the device is connected to a compressed air source (e.g. a compressor). Depending on the air consumption, one or more automatic spray valves can be supplied with control and atomising air at the outputs. By means of pressure regulators, the atomising air pressure for the spraying operation can be regulated during operation. By means of a pneumatic timer, it is possible to adjust the duration of the spraying process. In addition, the pre-air and post-air duration can be regulated using pneumatic timers. The spraying process is triggered by a manual button or an external valve (not included with delivery). The push button or the external valve must be controlled or actuated so that you give only a short pulse to the control and no continuous air.
Air inlet pressure: | 4.5 - 6 bar |
Atomising air pressure: | 0 - 6 bar |
Duration of spraying: | 0.2 - 3 seconds / 2 - 30 seconds / 8 - 120 seconds |
Duration of post-air: | 0.2 - 3 seconds |
Duration of the pre-air: | 0.2 - 3 seconds |
