The bead application heads are used for application of multiple beads from one overall head. Different hole gauges can be produced between the nozzles. The number of modules for application is variable. The individual modules on the bead head can be activated jointly in the desired groupings. Each individual module can also be activated separately.

The base body can be equipped with heating elements so that even heated media can be applied. Different nozzles allow for individual adjustment to the tasks in hand. The heads can be equipped with flat nozzles, full jet nozzles (dot and line application) or with other screw nozzles.

The bead application heads are always adapted to the given demands and thus must be designed individually.
