The spray beams for spray valves of the MSV-D18-P series are designed to be able to interlink spray valves without obstructive supply hoses.

The MSV-D18-P MINI spray valve is a pneumatic applicator for the extremely fine application of thin media, e.g. paints or release agents.

As a cartridge valve, it only functions in conjunction with a suitable main body.

The spraying process is generated by the control air, the material feed pressure and the atomising air and can take the form of either an intermittent or a continuous process. Depending on which air cap is used, the output may be flat or round.

The control air is supplied to the spray valve via a pilot valve (not included in the scope of supply).

The function of the needle is:
to open in response to compressed air and to close in response to spring pressure.
