The SCHÜTZE WSP spray gun is suitable for airless atomizing of thin liquid media which are fed pressurized, such as

• water
• aqueous solutions
• oils
• disinfectants
• cleaning agents
• etc.

The gun generates a hollow cone-like round jet which is produced by a special spray head.

Water can be sprayed simply by connecting to the conventional pressure water line, for instance. The gun is characterised by its robust and simple construction. Spiral hoses in various lengths can be fi tted as required.

Standard version:

• water spray gun with 100 mm nozzle pipe
• without connector (G1/4“ female thread)
• nozzle plate with hole dia. 0.8 mm

Variants:

• according to EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 / all parts in contact with fl uid are manufactured from materials licensed for use with foods (stainless steel and FDA-licensed plastics)
• metal parts either made from brass or stainless steel
• available nozzle plate holes: dia. 0.3 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 mm
• nozzle pipes up to 1500 mm length
• various connectors
