Because of its light weight and its compact size, the KA-2/ HD miniature automatic spray valve is ideal for all spraying applications which have only a limited space for installation on machines or robots.

The KA-2/HD spray valve is the preferred choice for spraying low-viscosity fluid materials, e.g. release agents, oils or paints. Depending on which air cap is used, the output may be flat or round.

The special feature of the KA-2/HD is the option of operating the device with a material pressure up to 30 bar. The control air is supplied to the spray valve via a 3/2-way valve (not included in the scope of supply).

The function of the needle is:
to open in response to compressed air and to close in response to spring pressure.
