The KA-2/HDIS miniature automatic spray valve is a pneumatic applicator for the extremely fine application of thin media, e.g. paints or release agents.
The spraying process is generated by the control air, the material feed pressure and the atomising air and can take the form of either an intermittent or a continuous process. Depending on which air cap is used, the output may be flat or round.
The spray valves of the KA-2/HDIS series have an integrated spray air valve for pre-air and post-air control.
The functional connections can be installed from both the rear and from underneath. Material circulation is possible.
The function of the needle is:
to open in response to compressed air and to close in response to spring pressure.
