SCHÜTZE products for the application of release agent in the production of PU parts
Removing a part from its mould can be a real challenge depending on how the part has been moulded and the material from which it is made. Polyurethane (PU), for example, involves very difficult requirements with regard to the tool that is used and the necessary release agent. If these requirements are not met, the material may remain stuck in the mould and the end product may be flawed. In order to ensure that the removal process goes smoothly, the release agent needs to be applied as evenly as possible. This requires tools that work reliably, precisely and economically – every time, even at high speeds. With the application guns and automatic spray valves developed specially for these applications, SCHÜTZE offers solutions that can overcome all of the challenges they may face in this area. Whether for the application of aqueous release agents or solvent-containing release agents: SCHÜTZE has the right tools for any area.
SCHÜTZE products for the application of adhesion promoters, e.g. between plastic and metal
Adhesion promoters are used for the secure and permanent bonding of different materials. These substances are known as primers, and they change and increase the adhesion of the material surfaces. With SCHÜTZE products, these adhesion promoters can be applied in as thin a layer as possible without any loss with regard to the binding characteristics. This is an ability possessed exclusively by tools that have been precisely developed for this particular application area. Not only do the SCHÜTZE solutions guarantee the thin and even application of the adhesion promoter; they also ensure the quality of the workpieces, because the thinner the primer layer, the lower the risk of residues remaining on the surface structure.
Mould cleaners and SCHÜTZE products for ultra-precise cleanliness
Deposits on machines and injection points are part and parcel of everyday production work. In order to ensure that this contamination does not have a negative impact on the quality of the final products, all parts and all nooks and crannies must be cleaned on a regular basis. Conventional cleaning agents, however, are not able to remove the residues from metal, plastic and other materials as thoroughly as necessary, which is why special mould cleaners are used. The combination of specialised products from SCHÜTZE allows for the ultra-precise cleaning of areas that would otherwise be very difficult to reach.
