Manual spray valve
HSV and HSV-ES
bild

The HSV / HSV-ES manual spray valve is a pneumatically controlled manual applicator for fine application of thin media, e.g. paints or release agents.

The valve is controlled separately, e.g. using a solenoid valve. The HSV-ES requires an additional pilot valve (not included with the scope of supply) for controlling the atomising air. When the microswitch is actuated, a signal is sent to the solenoid valve, thus starting the spraying process.

The function of the needle is:
to open in response to compressed air and to close in response to spring pressure.

  • Available nozzle sizes:
    ø 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 mm
  • Raster regulation for easy setting of the material flow
  • Includes hanging bracket for hanging up the spray valve
  • Various nozzles and air caps for individual adjustment of the spray pattern
